Peru: Alan García Perez, psychopath or criminal expert?

[Source: BolPress] Alan García Pérez is a case that shows that if an expert does not murderess or a criminal is arrested and punished for his serious crimes, will continue to be a serious threat to the population. In politics it is much more serious, especially if it has to do with the power of the state, the armed forces and police forces.

García Pérez during his first government (1985-1990), has implemented a policy of crime and mass killings of free citizens. He organized paramilitary groups to assassinate his opponents and has planned and gave the order to kill 300 prisoners (episodes of Lurigancho, El Fronton, Santa Bárbara). Has he paid for these crimes? No, the contrary has been acclaimed and rewarded with a new chair at the head of Peru.

New massacres of workers who now commits the state power, have the secure impunity in both criminal and political. These acts count with the complicity a corrupt judiciary, a parliament useless, and an "opposition" politics of mediocrity, which is part of the same corrupt and degenerate now administers the Government of Aprista García Pérez.

In all this we must diverge from those that define the Peruvian President a fool, a madman or a psychopath. García Pérez is worse than this definition, is a reactionary and serve the transnational corporations are able to filter the worst and most appalling massacres of Peruvian citizens and workers.

Massacre in Madre de Dios ;

dawn on Saturday, April 3, the forces of Police have charged with extreme ferocity of a crowd of protesters in Madre de Dios, a wild region in southeastern Peru. The budget for the prosecution at the expense of democracy and the Peruvian government of Alan García Pérez was very high. According to some, the miners died from gunshot were 43, more than 11 policemen were killed by the protesters and dozens of workers have been injured (by the corresponding information Martín Herrera).

For most of the Peruvian press, largely used to cover the crimes of the government, the miners killed during the crackdown police have been between 5 and 6 people. Martín Herrera reported that the collision occurred at the entrance of Tambopata (Puerto Maldonado), when a contingent of policemen armed with rifles and machine guns of war, tried to prevent the entry of thousands of miners.

According to the record of this bloody fact, Puerto Maldonado became a city in flames, shooting machine guns, bombs, and miners armed with shotguns, knives, stones and other weapons used to cope with the hordes of criminals policemen and soldiers who had come to kill the miners who were protesting against the government. According to Martín Herrera, all Puerto Maldonado smelled of gunpowder and the bodies of miners drilled lay abandoned in the streets. The army has declared a "state of emergency", and this has extended to the rest of the population suppression.

Massacre in Arequipa ;

The same day in the city of Chala (Department of Arequipa), a city far away from Puerto Maldonado, the police violently attacked a demonstration by informal miners. The budget, according to official sources, was killed six miners and injured a hundred rounds of gunfire. That day, about 7,000 miners had declared themselves on strike in solidarity with the comrades of Madre de Dios. As part of the protest, had Panamericana occupied the road and blocked traffic on this major artery of communication between Arequipa and the rest of Peru.

According to witnesses, the police had arrived with "orders to kill," and for that reason did not have any scruples against firing workers who have had to defend with rudimentary arrows, stones and poles. They had no firearms to deal with the police. As happened in Madre de Dios, the whole Department of Arequipa area was declared an emergency and military and police have taken full control of the region.

Genocidio etnico a Bagua ;

The bloody events of Arequipa and Madre de Dios are cases similar to what happened in 2009 in Bagua. Here, on Friday 5 and Saturday, 6 June 2009, Alan García Pérez ordered a violent crackdown against natives and residents of Bagua (Amazon) who demanded respect for their ancestral territories, which the government was selling to multinational corporations.

The result was about 50 Indians killed, a dozen missing and hundreds injured by stray bullets. 11 policemen died in the crash, pierced with spears that the natives used it to defend itself. This bloodbath was an ethnic genocide and its objective was to open the way to continue to deliver the Amazon nelle mani delle grande compagnie petrolifere e minerarie internazionali.

To cover this massacre was always applied the method and the parties of "opposition" presented a proposal to "form a commission of inquiry on this fact of repression."
now will be the same thing again, "the opposition, especially now that the election campaign, will demand a" commission of inquiry "el'epilogo will be the same as always. Nobody in government is guilty and the victims will remain forever in oblivion. "
